The destroyed documents are returned to the recycling chain in an environmentally friendly way and become new paper again. Foreign objects such as metal or plastic are separated from the paper using special processes. You do not have to separate paper clips, plastic dividers and paper when filling the containers.

Carrying and loading a complete van or truck
Instead of containers, the entire delivery van becomes a security container. After loading, the doors are locked and sealed. Only after arrival in the security area is the seal broken and the documents transported to the destruction facility

Die vernichteten Dokumente werden umweltgerecht in die Recycling-Kette eingebracht und werden wieder neues Papier. Fremdkörper wie Metall oder Plastik werden durch spezielle Verfahren von dem Papier gesondert. Sie müssen beim Befüllen der Container Büroklammern, Plastikunterteilungen und Papier nicht trennen.

Gefahr der mobilen Aktenvernichtung
Wir bieten keine Aktenvernichtung vor Ort an. Dies aus dem Grund, da unsere Anlage zu groß für den mobilen Gebrauch ist. Die Aktenvernichtung vor Ort bietet dem Kunden zu dem keinerlei Vorteil.
Das Argument der höheren Datensicherheit kann leider nicht gelten, da besonders bei der mobilen Datenvernichtung keine Sicherheitsschleusen existieren und vertrauliche Dokumente sehr schnell weitergeben werden können. Zudem können nicht vernichtete Dokumente unter Vernichtete gelangen, da das Platzangebot sehr gering ist.
Die mobile Datenvernichtung wird meistens von nicht ansässigen Firmen angeboten, welche ganze Europatouren fahren um somit Miet- und Sicherheitskosten zu sparen.
Our security certificate
Once the document destruction is complete, you will receive a certificate from us stating the quantity we have destroyed and disposed of under oath. The entire procedure is monitored by us under video surveillance, from delivery to destruction. This means there can be no security gaps.
